Where the Code Is Printed
Your survey invitation sits near the bottom of the McDonald's receipt. Many receipts show a 26-digit code, and others list store and order details. Always follow the layout printed on your own receipt.
Entering the Code Correctly
Type the digits slowly and compare them with the receipt before continuing. Watch for similar-looking numbers such as 1 and 7, or 0 and 8.
If the Code Is Rejected
Check that the receipt is recent, that the deadline has not passed and that every digit is correct. If the print is faded, ask the restaurant for a reprint, then try again.
